Formulated for kids 6 and up

A daily drink for calm focus and steadier afternoons.

Five evidence-based ingredients in the doses the research actually uses. No stimulants. No prescription. Made by parents who wanted something to try first — and a formula safe enough that they could.

Why we made this

Many parents are looking for something to try first.

If your 8-year-old comes apart at 3pm, if homework takes three hours, if their teacher has gently mentioned the word "evaluation" — you are not the only parent in that conversation.

You're also not the only parent who isn't ready to start with a stimulant prescription. The research on cognitive support in kids is messier and more interesting than most people realize: there is real evidence for creatine on cognition, for theanine on calm focus, for magnesium on nervous-system regulation, for electrolyte balance on steady afternoon energy.

So we built the dose, in one scoop. Not a magic claim. Not a replacement for a doctor's care. Something steady that a parent can offer at breakfast and feel good about.

"We wanted a formula we'd give our own kids. So we made one, and then we asked a pediatrician to tear it apart before we shipped it."

What's in the scoop

Five ingredients. The doses the research actually uses.

No proprietary blends, no fairy dust. Every gram listed, every gram justified.

Creatine Monohydrate

2.5 g

The most-studied supplement in sports nutrition is now getting serious cognitive research. Emerging evidence suggests creatine supports working memory and mental energy — especially in periods of stress, sleep loss, or high demand.

Used at a maintenance dose; well below the 3–5g range used in adult studies.

Magnesium Glycinate

150 mg

A gentle, well-absorbed form of magnesium chosen specifically because it doesn't upset stomachs. Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including those that regulate the nervous system and support sleep quality.

Glycinate over oxide or citrate: better tolerance, less GI distress.

L-Theanine

200 mg

The amino acid in green tea responsible for that "calm-but-alert" feeling. Studied for its ability to promote relaxation without sedation — the opposite of "drowsy." Pairs particularly well with the kind of focus a 9am classroom requires.

A studied dose; not a trace amount. Most kid products use 50–100mg.

Sodium & Potassium

500 / 200 mg

Hydration matters more than parents are told. Kids on the move, in air-conditioned classrooms, often running low on water — this is where the 3pm meltdown lives. A real electrolyte ratio supports steady energy and even mood through the afternoon.

Matched ratio designed for daily use, not athletic recovery.

One scoop, mixed into 6 oz of cold water with a touch of natural fruit flavor — no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no dyes.

How it works

A simple morning ritual.

01

Scoop & stir

One level scoop into 6 oz of cold water. Stir until dissolved — about 10 seconds. The natural fruit flavor is mild; most kids taste-test fine on the first try.

02

Drink with breakfast

The whole formula is designed to be taken once daily, with food. Many families build it into the morning routine alongside vitamins or a small breakfast.

03

Notice the afternoons

The ingredients build cumulatively. Most parents tell us they notice the change in the 3pm window first — calmer, less of a crash, more even energy through homework and dinner.

What makes this different

A formula you can actually hand to a pediatrician.

Most kids' "focus drinks" are sugar with a vitamin sticker. We made the opposite.

Real doses, listed in milligrams

Every ingredient on the label, in the amount used in research. No proprietary blends hiding underdosed actives behind a marketing curtain.

Reviewed by a pediatrician

Our formula was reviewed by a board-certified pediatrician before we shipped a single sample. Safety data on each ingredient is available for your child's doctor on request.

Designed for daily use

Doses are calibrated for sustained, low-side-effect daily intake — not a one-time spike. Real change in kids' regulation happens over weeks, not minutes.

What parents ask

The questions worth asking.

Is this a replacement for ADHD medication?

No. We don't make that claim, and we'd be cautious of any company that does. Steady is a daily nutritional drink with ingredients researched for cognitive support and nervous-system regulation. It is not a medical treatment, it is not a diagnosis, and it should never replace a conversation with your child's pediatrician.

Many families use Steady as a first step they wanted to try before considering prescription paths. Others use it alongside their child's existing care plan. Both are reasonable; both should involve a doctor.

What ages is it formulated for?

Steady is formulated for children ages 6 and up. The doses were chosen with kid-sized physiology in mind and reviewed for safety, but every child is different — please share the ingredient panel with your pediatrician before starting.

How long until we notice anything?

The ingredients in Steady are cumulative, not stimulant-style. Most families tell us they notice changes in the 2–4 week window — usually first in the afternoon energy crash, then in transitions and end-of-day regulation. If you've seen nothing by 6 weeks of consistent daily use, it is probably not the right tool for your child, and we'll refund you in full.

What does it taste like? Will my kid actually drink it?

Mild natural fruit. No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners (no sucralose, no aspartame, no acesulfame). The taste is more "fruit water" than "candy drink" — intentionally. We send a free starter pack so you can test it before committing to a subscription.

Is creatine safe for kids?

It's the question we asked our pediatric reviewer first. The published safety record for creatine monohydrate in pediatric populations is reassuring at the doses studied, and our 2.5g serving is below the 3–5g range typically used in adult research. That said, creatine is the ingredient most worth discussing with your pediatrician — we encourage it.

Is this third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent ISO 17025-accredited lab for heavy metals, microbials, and label accuracy. Certificates of analysis are published for each lot.
